As a student, I saw my peers get lost in the endless sea of DSA problems. I decided to build the platform I wish I had: a clear, curated, and supportive guide to mastering the fundamentals.
THE IDEA 💡
A College Project Born from a Real Need
It all started with a 3rd-semester college assignment: build something that solves a real problem. I looked around at my classmates and saw a common struggle – learning Data Structures and Algorithms. The resources were scattered, the path was unclear, and motivation was hard to find.
That’s when the idea for CODEX was born: a single, all-in-one platform to make DSA learning structured and accessible for every student, right from within our own curriculum.
THE PROBLEM 🎯
Cutting Through the Noise of Information Overload
The internet is flooded with DSA questions, but quantity doesn't equal quality. The real challenge for students is knowing what to practice and why. We face choice paralysis, jumping between platforms and disconnected video tutorials without a clear path forward.
I didn't want to just add more noise; I wanted to provide a clear signal. The mission was to design a platform that:
- Curates a focused set of high-impact problems.
- Eliminates the confusion of where to start.
- Combines practice with the tools needed to retain knowledge.
